To continue raising the bar, Akiflow needed to improve its NPS, bridge the gap between qualitative insights and quantitative data, and further prioritize product development to deliver an even better experience for its users.

Challenges
Centralizing scattered feedback.
Before implementing Zefi.ai, Akiflow faced significant challenges in managing customer interactions, which were collected from various sources throughout the user journey.
These included NPS scores, onboarding calls, churn surveys, and product requests, making it difficult to derive actionable insights from the scattered data.

Solution
Digesting and analyzing thousands of feedback with ease every month.
To address these challenges, Akiflow integrated Zefi.ai with their Intercom platform to analyze all user tickets, NPS responses at different stages of the user journey, and churn survey feedback.
During the onboarding phase, Zefi.ai processed the previous 12 months of interactions, totaling over 300,000 conversations, with an additional 25,000 interactions analyzed monthly thereafter. This volume of data was impossible to manage manually.
Zefi.ai aggregated, cleaned, and anonymized all data, summarizing interactions per each user. This process made information readily available on the platform, eliminating thousands of scattered data points.
A discovery phase followed, identifying the main topics and tagging each data point accordingly.
